Eligibility for Refund:
– Refund requests must be submitted within 07 days of service delivery.
– Refunds only apply for services not delivered as agreed upon in the service contract or proposal.
Non-Refundable Services:
– Services that have been fully completed and delivered as per the agreed terms are non-refundable.
– Consulting or advisory services, once initiated, are non-refundable.
– Booking amount paid against any service/course/program/tool shall be non-refundable.
Refund Process:
– To request a refund, please contact us at office@zedroit.com with the details of your request.
– Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
Exceptions:
– Refunds for technical issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
– No refunds will be granted for cancellations made outside the eligibility period of 07 days.
